China has implemented the system of the recruiting college students to army since2001.Thus, special group reentry college students who retire from the army entered into the visionof the public. There will be great reality and theory significance under the background ofChinese Dream and Strong Military Dream.This group who are from the school gate toarmy gate, from army gate back school gate experiences rapid transient in the aspects ofenvironment, culture, education and role, which brings a series of adaptation problems. Afterreentering the school gate, they should face the change of communicative subjects from thearmy commander and battle companion to university students and teachers, change of subjectbehavior from military training and political education to college professional knowledge,change of career development from the army development to social development trends, etc.In terms of above social adaptive problems, this thesis can dare to ask with rationalpassion in order to strive to seek the causes of the adaptive problems in the boom period ofUniversity recruitment. Firstly, university does not pay much attention to the ideological andpolitical education; secondly, government is hard to make effective policies to lead andsupport the reentry college students who retire from army because the warfare system is stillnot perfect and it is hard to implement. What is more, military communication barrierexacerbate the education loss for this group. Finally, this group experiences the imbalance ofpersonal adjustment.Facing above social adaptive problems, government, university and military shouldeagerly catch the opportunities, face the challenges and creatively promote this group toimprove their social adaptive ability and come up with the practical strategy to solve thisgroup’s adaptive problems. As the educational body of this group, university should positivelyprovide suited theme education. Government should continue promoting the recruitingsoldiers policies and targeted resettlement policies and enhance the policy implementation andsupervision. The army should do more work about retirement education and consultation,strengthen the military and campus and provide assistant education to help this group solvethe adaptive problems. The reentry students should adapt to the role transformation in time,clearly definite the role orientation, affirm the army value, join the university managementwork and do more work about their self-education.Only the government, college and army build consensus and cooperate together cancollege student soldiers enjoy their solider life from recruitment to retirement. Thus, it canpromote students who are from this group grows up to be an excellent person and achieveall-round development.
