Since the reform and opening up in 1978,China has made great achievements in politics,economy,culture,education,science and technology,military affairs,diplomacy and other fields.These achievements benefit from the contribution to talents of all walks of life.The cultivation of talents mainly depends on education.In 1977,the college entrance examination was resumed in our country.With the college students of grade 77 and 78 entering the University(College),the college entrance examination system and related work in our country are gradually on the right track,and the higher education in our country is also gradually recovering and developing.What are the learning and living conditions of college students after they enter the University,and what are the characteristics of college students in different ages? Therefore,it is of historical and practical significance to study the adaptability of college students in different ages.In the past 40 years,college students of different times have the signs and characteristics of their times.Their study,life and interpersonal communication in school are different,and their adaptation to the school is also different.The difference of College Students’ school adaptability in different ages has its specific social influence factors and the influence of educational development.To explore the reasons for the change of College Students’ school adaptability in different ages is beneficial for us to understand the process of social history in a macro sense and grasp the change of College Students’ school adaptability in a micro sense.On this basis,it has practical significance to explore the countermeasures to promote the adaptability of college students.This paper studies the characteristics of College Students’ school adaptability in different times under the title of "Research on College Students’ school adaptability and changes in China in the past 40 years of reform and opening up".Mainly from the study,campus life,interpersonal communication and other aspects to study the characteristics and current situation of College Students’ school adaptability.A large number of objective data and interview data are collected,which provides a research basis for the current situation of College Students’ adaptability.Through the investigation and research,the main problems of College Students’ bad adaptability are: the inadaptability to the new environment;the inadaptability to the teaching methods of college teachers;the problems to the learning methods and methods of the University;the current situation of the new interpersonal relationship.By analyzing the characteristics of College Students’ school adaptability in different years and the current situation of maladjustment,this paper further discusses the reasons for the change of College Students’ school adaptability in different years.Mainly from the following aspects: the impact of China’s economic and cultural development,the impact of the development of information technology,the impact of globalization,the impact of university system and system reform.Through the above different influencing factors,this paper analyzes the changes of College Students’ school adaptability.Finally,it puts forward the strategies and suggestions to improve the adaptation level of college students after "00".In terms of learning,we should improve the school management system,promote students’ learning adaptation,guide the change of learning concept,and promote the cultivation of students’ independent learning ability.In campus life,we should offer life guidance courses to cultivate students’ independent living ability,improve students’ environmental cognition and promote students’ internal psychological adjustment.In terms of interpersonal relationship,we should hold campus cultural activities to enhance students’ interpersonal communication ability,and use network multimedia to expand students’ interpersonal communication channels.In terms of school satisfaction,we should carry out diversified education activities to enhance students’ sense of identity,establish the concept of "student-oriented" and enhance students’ sense of belonging.
