Information quality cultivation is one of the basic qualities people should possess in the information age, therefore it is a bounden duty for every information technology teachers to cultivate students’ ability of information technology and improve their information literacy. Along with the advancement of new educational reform, especially teachers should focus on students’ individual differences and development needs in the teaching process. Student’s individual differences are inevitable. As for the subject of secondary vocational information technology, students show greater and more prominent difference due to the influence of various factors. Hence there comes an important topic for IT teachers nowadays, which is how to help students to get development based on their individual difference on the information technology course in the secondary vocational school.The information literacy in the thesis is based on the actual situation of freshmen from the Fuzhou Architectural Technology Vocational School. The author carries out practice and research on the diversification teaching in a semester. Firstly, by means of investigation, conversation and observation, the author gets to know and analyzes the differences on information technology among students, which is based on students’ learning foundation, needs, interest, style and attribution, etc. On the basis of the actual investigation results, the author implements measures to use and care for students’ differences by precise management at class, differentiated instruction strategy, examination mode and process evaluation method. In addition, The author has applied the knowledge of programming techniques and has developed some practicable software, to assist differentiated instruction and examination.By putting the research results into practice in the secondary vocational school, the author applies the differentiated instructions on information technology course in the secondary school, which fully arouse the students’ learning desire and enthusiasm of learning. It improves students’ learning method and learning effect, as well as the students’ information literacy and using ability. |
