| The Ministry of Education has launched several open-Curriculum projects building in recent years, such as national level model Curriculums, national level video open Curriculums and model resource sharing Curriculums. More than10thousand open-Curriculum had been developed and applied. Thousands of universities involved in construction of the project and tens of millions of students have gained advantage from these projects. The MOOC (massive open online Curriculums) is a high-profile Curriculum since its founding in2012. The best American universities that offer free Curriculums online through online learning platform. The rise of Curriculumra, Udacity and edX gives students more free learning opportunities. Now, MOOC is widely popular in China and the MOOC of Peking University has shared on the online. Students can get a free education from the best American universities without abroad. With the development of MOOC, sharing of Curriculum resources has become the general trend and more and more students are beginning to touch and use MOOC. The teacher is the most important element in teaching activity. How to get the best out of MOOC? How to guide students use MOOC in study and stimulate students interest in learning, improve teaching effect and quality? It is one worth considering to teachers and educators.Based on the background of application of online curriculum resources, exploring teachers’influences to students in using online curriculum resources, collecting the situation of using the online curriculum resources and influence between teachers and students in universities by questionnaires, analyzing the influence factors, influence degree, influence way, the existence of the influence law and so on, we concluded that teachers have a significant impact on students in using online curriculum resources. The results of this study can not only provide a new direction for promoting the effective utilization of online curriculum resources, can also provide new ideas for teachers to enrich and innovative teaching in classroom, at the same time, also can be used as reference for curriculum reform in universities or explorative case for department of education to deepen the educational physical reform and to accelerate the pace of open education and quality education.Firstly, arranging the construction, development, application, research and others aspects of open Curriculums and online curriculum resources in domestic and foreign by reading the literature materials, we have a clear view on current situation and development trend of open online curriculum and curriculum resources. On the basis of this, we determine the main research contents, and clarify the research significance, and propose the research hypothesis, and then design research about the influences of teachers to students in using online curriculum resources. The original data for online curriculum resources use of teachers and students are got by questionnaires. We select400students in different majors, different grades as the research object, these students come from three colleges and universities which in different regions, different types and different levels in China. We investigate the usage of online curriculum resource and the feedback between teachers and students in teaching in4major such as economics and management Curriculums, mathematics, computer Curriculums and humanities Curriculums, through arranging and analyzing the investigation data, relevant conclusions have been put forward and the research hypothesis have been verified. Finally, teachers’influences on students in using online curriculum resources are summarized, and then according to the conclusions and relevant laws, the related countermeasure and suggestions to promote the effective use of online curriculum resources have been put forward.In collecting data, this thesis uses the weighted average method to calculated the changes that teacher influenced the students to use the online curriculum resources, then has analyzed the effects that teacher influenced the students to use the online curriculum resources, and designed a Li Kete five points evaluating table which is used to analysis the factors in teaching the teacher influenced the student to use the online curriculum resources. Used the normal distribution test, KMO test, Bartlett test, Reliability test to analyze the factors, finally gets the effective and meaningful conclusions.The research found that, at present university teacher commonly used the internet Curriculum resources in teaching, the average rate is78.3%.Teachers have a positive effect in influencing students to use the online curriculum resources, but the influence is limited, there are about1/4students influenced by teachers, the other students still mainly learning by themselves. In addition, the research also found there axe many factors affect the influences. The biggest impact is that the teachers should demonstrate the using of online curriculum resources. The factor affects the students to choose the online curriculum resources. Student feedback the teacher’s recommendation is the most important. At the same time, the research also found some rules in teachers influenced the students to use the online curriculum resources, such as before the commencement of online curriculum resources and before the end of online curriculum,the students use the online curriculum resources less, in the mid Curriculum, the students use the online curriculum resources more. This research also explores the relationship between the use of online curriculum resources and teaching effect, the research found,there is a close relationship between the use of online curriculum resources and teaching effect, the teaching effect is positively with teachers frequently use the online curriculum resources.The research creatively put forward the angle of application of online Curriculum resources. It brings a new direction to influence research in teachers and students. The point of the research is to test some common view about influence between teachers and students, make sure of their arguments. Meanwhile, research had found several unusual and regular so as to provide references for future research about influence between teachers and students. |
