With the rapid development of science and technology and economic globalization, material and cultural life of human society as a whole to improve, but more and more intense competition in the community, people’s psychological pressure increases.Thus,"health" has become an issue of common concern of mankind."Decision on deepening education reform and promoting quality education," the CPC Central State Council, said:"The school should establish the guiding ideology of health first, strengthen the physical work." September2001, junior "Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard"(hereinafter referred to as the "standard") instead of "Physical Education Teaching" in the national part of the experimental area trial. Today, the "standard" has been implemented for four years, concerns the status of implementation of Ordos City junior high school "standard" to understand the Ordos area junior high school in the implementation of relevant laws and regulations outline specific policy guidelines and the implementation of "Sports and Health curriculum standards," the actual situation, grasp implement process problems and difficulties faced by the emergence and take appropriate countermeasures.In this study, Erdos six randomly selected36junior high school physical education teachers and300students for the study, based on the previous status of the implementation of the middle school physical education curriculum content of the investigation,Literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, field observation, mathematical statistics and logical analysis on the status of the investigation and analysis of Ordos City junior high school physical education curriculum, designed to identify the Ordos City junior high school physical education curriculum problems and propose appropriate countermeasures.Junior high school physical education teachers to update the concept of education, increase awareness courses, according to the physical and mental development and needs of students in different learning areas specified content levels.Content standards to improve operability, junior sports curriculum should be designed to student-centered, intensify the development of junior high school physical education curriculum content resources, emphasis on health education.Understanding of the training objectives and attitudes, as well as the New Curriculum Outline, physical education teachers, analyzing middle school PE teacher school teachers choose the status quo of physical education curriculum content. The study analyzes the following conclusions:(1)Erdos Junior "Sports and Health Curriculum Standard" as well as sports and planned syllabus basically sound, physical education teacher for more complete outline and program implementation.(2)Physical education curriculum targeted, but the content is not enough innovation, combining unity and flexible enough, the lack of school-based curriculum.(3)Traditional teaching organization, teaching methods occupy a major position in the physical education curriculum, evaluation methods in various forms, basically to achieve a comprehensive evaluation criteria.(4)School sports funding more reasonable, stadiums facilities to improve school PE teacher’s age, educational structure is reasonable, but the lack of senior titles, some of the treatment of teachers highly educated, physical education teachers work environment, wages, work motivation for further improved. Junior class and outside sports activities generally, but not enough innovation and scientific.
