Boxing is the game that body directly against between humans. It’s skill including steps and methods and hand techniques. The hand techniques including cross and up-cut and hook. So the hook is an important part of boxing technology. The front hook is often used by players in the game and effective techniques for winning the game. The front hook could directly attack and defensive counter-attack. It is one of key factor for athletes to win the game. The front hook is the main boxing techniques of attack opponent’s side. The front hook is concise and effective boxing techniques, to apply to the body from side with curve technique. Attack damage is not inferior to the cross and up-cut. Success of hit rate is higher than the cross. The front hook has the huge strength attack, good concealment, destruction and many other advantages. It suddenly punches to hit the opponent’s head and facilitate rapid blocking the opponent’s attack in the game. It also can be applied to the defensive counter-attack tactics. It has very strong lethality and offensive and defensive utility. So it is the main technique of boxing and widely used in the game.The research has5excellent boxers of shaan’xi Men Box Team as experimental objects. Experiments using two TM6710models of high-speed cameras to video shooting for3d the front hook of boxing. Experiments using American Ariel APAS image analytical system to cut slice, dot, three dimensional synthesis, data smoothing and data processing. Use EXCEL to data statistics and analysis the movement characteristics of body key points.Through the research to the following conclusion:1. The angle of right knee changed is not obvious to maintain a stable body center of gravity, accelerate the movement of the left side of the body;2. The speed of punch reaches12.45m/s when athletes hit target. The knee angle is168.66degrees. The hip angle is153.82degrees. The elbow angle is161.44degrees;3. The speed of knee, ankle and shoulder joint curve changes obviously; the speed of knee joint to5.35m/s early, then slow down. The shoulder, elbow and wrist joints almost reach12.45m/s at the same time when the moment of hit the target. Added new theory for technical principle of whiplash movement; 4. The front hook punches link parameters analysis:change of each joint angle and speed is highly consistency, and the rotation of the body vertical axis complete at the same time, to rely on the final hit;5. The front hook punches link prove arm and forearm speed shows that small joint movement is driven by large joints, the end of the link, it conform to the characteristics of the speed superposition principle.
