As one of the advantage projects in China,weightlifting project has made outstanding contribution to the gold medal task,especially women's weightlifting project.From the world championships in 1987 and the Olympic Games in 2000 to now,China's women's weightlifting team has made outstanding achievements.Especially the women's weightlifting in 2000 entered the Olympic Games,the original dominant position of women's weightlifting in China has been challenged,and the original advantage is becoming smaller and smaller.In the scientific training of all sports today,who has more scientific and reasonable technology,who will gain advantages,in the face of the gap between other countries and China's women's weightlifting gradually narrowed,China should strengthen the research on weightlifting technology.With the progress of science and technology,the maturity of all kinds of biomechanical analysis technology,the analysis of weightlifting technology also has certain conditions,especially in the situation of advocating no contact,no damage and no interference to sports,the kinematic analysis technology of graphic and image analysis has also been applied to the analysis of weightlifting Technology,but because of the high cost of purchasing software and hardware and complex operation At present,there are not many researches on weightlifting technology by using this method in China,especially on the snatch technology with higher technical requirements.There are dozens of researches in China,and few researches on the technology of more excellent athletes.After the Rio Olympics in 2016,China's women's weightlifting has entered the active training.After experiencing the "doping" ban in 2017,the National Women's weightlifting championship was held in April 2018.This competition is the first competition for China's women's weightlifting training team after one year's training.To some extent,it represents the level of China's women's weightlifting,so it is necessary to re-establish China's women's weightlifting At the time of prestige andgetting rid of the shadow of "doping",it is urgent to carry out technical research on Chinese women's weightlifting and continue to improve the strength of women's weightlifting.Therefore,this study uses the methods of literature review,expert interview,video analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods to study Deng * and Zhou * * of the 63 kg National Women's weightlifting team who participated in the competition.Through the study of their snatch process,the following conclusions are drawn.According to the actual research,the construction of future training of women weightlifting in China is put forward Discussion.earch,suggestions.Conclusion:1.The results showed that the two people had the same level,similar height and weight,stable grasp skills and excellent explosive force.There was no significant difference in the angle and change of each joint in the three snatches(P > 0.05);the curve of knee joint angle showed "double peak and single valley",and the curve change of Zhou * * knee joint was not obvious;at the stage of knee extension and bell lifting,the angle of knee joint increased by about 61 °± 2 The angle of knee joint increased by about 50 ± 1,Zhou * * was slightly lower than Deng *,and both of them showed a longer period of relaxation after ringing the bell for the third snatch,but the reasons were different.Zhou * * was due to the phenomenon of falling after danger,and Deng * was inclined to the right.The change of ankle joint was similar to that of knee joint.2.In the first exertion stage,Deng * increased 90 ± 1 ° from the initial state,and the week was 88 ± 1 ° which was slightly lower than Deng *.Although the increase of hip joint was 49 ± 1 ° in both of them,Zhou * * showed insufficient hip extension.At the lowest moment of barbell,the angle of hip joint of both men was 60 ± 2 degrees.3.The trunk angle of the two people remained unchanged at the stage of knee extension and bell lifting.When the bell speed was maximum,Deng's trunk angle was 119 ° ± 1,and Zhou's trunk angle was 114 ° ± 1.Both of them leaned back to straighten their hips and exerted sufficient force.At the highest moment ofbarbell,the trunk angle of the two persons was similar to that of 83 °± 1.At the lowest moment of barbell,the trunk angle of Zhou * * was slightly lower than that of Deng *.The center of gravity of the barbell changed in the vertical direction,and the first three stages showed similarity.In the fourth and fifth stage,the change of the body angle of the week * * was greater than that of Deng *,which was not conducive to squatting and setting bell.4.The maximum vertical velocity of the center of gravity of two people's snatching barbell in each stage showed similarity in the first two stages,which were1.41 ± 0.01m/s in knee extension stage and 1.61 ± 0.02m/s in knee lifting stage.In the maximum force stage,the maximum vertical velocity of barbell gravity center of two people is greater than that of previous studies(> 1.5m / s),and Deng *'s explosive power is better.5.The time ratio of each stage of the two snatch shows that the time spent in the first power stage is longer,and the proportion of the maximum force stage is the smallest,about 14% for Deng * and 16% for Zhou * *.Deng * has a shorter maximum power stage and better explosive power.6.The barbell trajectory of the two men also conforms to the principle of "close",Deng * is more in line with the principle of "close" than Zhou.The swing speed of the center of gravity of the barbell is similar before and after the highest moment,which is about 0.1m/s,but the third backward swing angle of Zhou * is larger(-0.21m/s).The angle between the upper limbs was about 90 ° and the barbell holding distance was about 93 cm,which was 0.6 to the height.In the distance between the two feet,the standing distance of the two feet was similar in the preparation Suggestions are put forward1.In this competition,the performance of two people is more excellent and the technique is stable.Athletes of the same level and other levels can learn from their snatch techniques in the future training.2.Zhou * * is not as good as Deng * in the snatch,and the barbell back swing phenomenon appears in the third snatch.It should be paid attention to by athletes and coaches,and technical improvement should be carried out in the future training.3.Deng * successfully lifted the barbell in the third snatch,but in view of the obvious right leaning phenomenon of barbell,we should consider whether it is related to the weak strength of the right side and the active opening of the left leg to the left when squatting to set the bell.4.Although this study is based on the snatch of high-level personnel mobilization as the research,but because the competition can not be disturbed in the competition,the research conditions are more objective,only using the kinematics research method,the research has certain limitations.It is suggested that we should combine other research methods to study elite high level athletes in the future.
