With the rapid development of Chinese economy, a large number of rural laborforce in order to obtain a more affluent life, more development opportunities to flowto the city, and made great contributions to the development of the city. But with thecorresponding is a series of social problems, social welfare and social security issuessuch as the rural migrant workers, their children’s enrollment, the college entranceexamination education etc.. Compared with the ordinary family, migrant workersfamilies because of the migrant’s sake, make their children to become the specialgroups of children--left-behind children. Many of them suffer from the lack offamily warmth, many rights of their own cannot be guaranteed. All these tell us wemust solve the problem of rural left-behind children good education.In this paper, Jia Musi rural left-behind children as the research object, usingliterature method, survey research method and case study method on children’seducation problem this thesis Jia Musi rural left behind, follow the questions,analyze problems, to solve the problem of law, rural left-behind children educationproblem performance from two aspects of family and school, and correspondinglyfrom three aspects of family, school and society explains the causes of ruralleft-behind children education problem, finally from the family educationalenvironment construction, school education environment construction and thefunctions of the government to give full play to the three point of view put forwardrural left-behind children education problem solving.This paper is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction. The secondpart of the thesis discusses and rural left-behind children education related conceptsand related basic theory. The relevant concepts from rural left-behind children and rural left behind two children education; basic theory from the rural left-behindchildren education policy science theory, system management theory and ruralleft-behind children left behind three children marginalization theory. The third partleft-behind children education status of rural Jia Musi and the existing problems wereanalyzed, from the family education is heavy housework, after-school life dull andnot to the right to education is due; school education is the purpose of learning andlearning achievement of utilitarian serious decline; psychological three aspects ofeducation are discussed in this paper. The fourth part of the rural left-behind childreneducation problem of Jia Musi is discussed deletion from family factors that parentsand other guardians of the role of education supervision; school factors that teachers ofleft-behind children lack of negative influence between concern and students; socialfactors: two yuan in urban and rural areas of the social system of adverse effects andimportance of government departments not enough, the overall force is not strongthree aspects. In the fifth part, the countermeasure of rural left-behind childreneducation problem of Jia Musi is discussed from strengthening the construction of theeducational environment, family environment and school environment; thegovernment should earnestly perform their functions: the reform of householdregistration system,promoting education equity and based on the actual Jia Musi,regional economic development and increase financial input, two aspects ofimproving the rural education discussed.
