According to the second national sample survey on the disabled of China in2006, thepopulation of all kinds of the disabled is about82,960,000at present.This number accountsfor6.34%of the total population. Especially eyesight disabled occupies the most importantpart of it. The number is about12,330,000. That accounts for14.86%of all. Therefore animportant miss is to help school-aged eyesight disabled enjoy fair education and share thesocial civilization achievements. Presently we meet lots of problems about the education ofblind students. Learning difficult for them is the most prominent problem especially.This article bases on research theory in domestic and foreign relevant learningdifficulties as the foundation. It has researched2013grade58students majored in Chinesemedicine acupuncture at ZiQiang secondary specialized school of Shaanxi province. Thepurpose is to research on learning difficulty problem from the field of basic educationextension thinning to special education of special secondary occupation education. Byexploring the special cause of formation and transformation counter measures of Chinesemedicine acupuncture to massage professional blind students learning difficulties insecondary vocational school, we will provide the effective inspiration for the specialeducation of vocational school education workers transformation of different professionalblind students learning difficulties, to help blind students effectively get rid of troubles inlearning, promote blind comprehensive learning, healthy life, better in finite time at school inlearning proficiency in a particular line, balanced development. The paper will interpret thespecial secondary occupation education ideas, promote the special secondary occupationeducation rapid development.This article refers to the related research achievements of predecessors. It also definesthe difficulty of the disabled students’ study at secondary vocational school, analysis thereasons and demonstrate from the blind students themselves, the school, the family,socialpoint of view, and proposes the strategies of transformation.Firstly, this paper presents the reasons of students’ study difficulty in many aspects.From the analysis of the blind themselves, the reason exists in lacking sense of security,repeated serious failure fear, weak willpower, poor cultural basis, learning strategies, learningpowerless, lack of the restriction method, combination of theory and practice ability,interpersonal influence and so on. From the school reasons: the curriculum is not so scientific, teachers’ teaching attitude is not correct, teachers’ teaching methods are notscientific. From analysis of family mainly: the parents do not care about the students’ studylife, parents value beyond expectations cause blind not know what course to take. From theanalysis of the social point of view, there are main the disabled policy implementation in localgovernment, the social discrimination of acupuncture and massage industry etc.Secondly, transformation strategies have targeted. This paper presents four aspects ofstrategy transformation. One is to help the blind students set up self-confidence and changethemselves after the leading by others. Such as: firm learning belief, learning strategy,improve progressively, optimize learning method, improve the ability of exercise combinedwith theory and practice. The second is to emphasis the importance of family on students. Forexample: build the atmosphere of safety, meta cognition development, strengthenpsychological counseling, set up reasonable curriculum, develop school-based teachingmaterials, strengthen culture based tutorial, enhance knowledge acceptance ability, strengthenthe teaching routine examination, correct teaching attitude of teachers, improve teachingmethods, highlight the blind main body status. The third aspect is to create good conditions tostudy.We should strengthen the communicate between home and school and create acomfortable learning atmosphere. Parents must set up scientific view of evaluation andpragmatic. The last one is to create good atmosphere in the whole society caring for the blindsas followings: implement the disabled policies, evaluate the rights of the blind practitioners,give the blind massagers pair treatment, strengthen the social status of the blind.Finally, the difficulty of study as for the special education of secondary vocationalschool students need to continue to research and exploit. An antidote against the disease canget the effective transformation as long as finding out the reasons.
