The development of the primary education has been going more and more attention in ourcountry, as one of the most important subjects. Mathematics plays an indispensable role inthe primary education. Mathematics teaches one how to solve problems by logical thinkingand get to know the world. The curriculum reform in quality-oriented education requiresflexibility in-class teaching. The instructor needs to provide effective and efficient teachingapproaches to achieve the goal of the in-class teaching. A good teaching design should alwaysplace the students needs in the center, it should be able to get the students involved andengage fully. It should be able to teach students how to conduct independent research andexploration. This kind of teaching design certainly improve teaching efficiency andeffectiveness.This paper first studies the current state of the teaching design in China and abroad. Weidentify some drawbacks in the current development of the teaching design. This is thesignificant importance of this project in the paper is clear. The topic of this paper is to studyhow to teach mathematics and design teaching in an optimal way. To do this, we combineliterature searching, survey and interviews to collect data. Then we perform an intensive dataanalysis, which help us to develop appropriate methods and techniques for high school mathteaching. The contribution of the paper is that we present a clear and systematical frameworkto the instructors about the teaching design in the modern education theory. With the help ofthis new development teachers are able to integrate the teaching experience into thedevelopment of new curriculum concept,hence enrich the teaching design.In this paper, we are devoted to do some ground breaking in the practice and exploration.Compared to existing results, this paper places more attention on the study of the practice ofteaching design. The methods development in this paper ar of practical importance and areviable.In the concluding remarks section, we summarize the paper and discuss the possibilitiesfor importance and future works.
