The new curriculum reform "for the students——to make every student can beimproved and harvest" as the basic concept. Reform of basic education teachers should notonly ensure the universal demand of students, but also to consider the personalitydevelopment of students,Therefore, to implement the reform of basic education, carrying outstratification teaching mode is imperative. Carrying out stratification teaching is an importantmeans of promoting students rich individual character, this is the "ordinary high schoolmathematics curriculum standard" in "provides various courses, to adapt to the personalitychoice, promote active, enterprising approach to learning" concept is consistent.Implementing hierarchical teaching in high school mathematics teaching mode, to take care ofstudents of the differences between individuals, and increase the students according to theiraptitude to operational level, stratification is beneficial to protect students’ self-esteem,especially the poor student self-esteem, thus more conducive to the transition of the poorstudent, only poor student changed, is advantageous to the improvement of the overallperformance in class.Papers will be stratified teaching mode into the high school mathematics teaching design,i.e., according to the layered teaching mode for middle school mathematics teaching design.Teachers in teaching process, according to the circumstances of the students on hierarchicalteaching to the students. The thesis mainly is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is theintroduction, through to the new curriculum concept, the paper studies the problem ofnecessity analysis. The second chapter is a basic overview of stratified education theory, thetheoretical basis of the paper. The third chapter is the basic theory of high school mathematicsteaching design, this paper expounds the new curriculum standard of mathematics teachingrequirements, design the basic context in order to accurately grasp the middle schoolmathematics teaching. The fourth chapter is the function of parity mathematics teachingdesign, the focus of this chapter of the paper.In this chapter, the author expounds thecharacteristics of the students at all levels, and combined with the characteristics, design 《theparity of function》layer teaching design, provide certain reference for layered teachingfirst-line teachers.The fifth chapter is the summary of the thesis and reflection, the author ofseveral thinking of layering method in high school mathematics teaching as well as the deficiency in papers.Papers focus on design 《the parity of function》 teaching design, so the paper basicargues that an experiment of stratified teaching practical application; Both are expected tofirst-line teachers have some inspiration.
