When learners to complete the task in shifting from one device to another device, so there is a second screen, also the second screen experience is produced at the same time. Put this phenomenon into mobile learning, learners learning more effectively by some of the equipment used, this paper describe it as "multi-screen ubiquitous mobile learning". Multi-screen using has been increasingly affecting the learners’ learning, and even changing learners’ habit. But there is no one study about the design of multi-screen ubiquitous mobile learning now. This paper attempts to design a design framework of multi-screen ubiquitous mobile learning to guide the teaching and learning, so as to promote more effectively learning. This article first introduces the background of the using of multi-screen, moreover summarizes and analyzes the whole research process. And from two aspects of theoretical basis and technical basis respectively analyze the necessity and feasibility of multi-screen ubiquitous mobile learning. Then introduces the design of framework. The first step, analyze the learning environment respectively from learners, equipment and social activities. Put forward usage patterns of multi-screen, and the design principle of multi-screen ubiquitous mobile learning. The second step, based on their characteristics and the existing mobile learning design framework, respectively from two aspects of macroscopic and detail to design the design framework of multi-screen ubiquitous. And according the framework to design one course, then analyze results and put forward suggestion. Finally, summarize the reflection, achievements and prospects.
