Development of rural education, do a good job in rural schools, the key lies in teachers. To strengthen rural compulsory education teachers team construction, improve the level of rural teachers’ professional quality, fundamentally solve the outstanding problems of the rural education development, in order to promote our country the rural education development, promote the education fair, countries have introduced a "master of rural school education teacher training plan" and a series of plans.This article through to the country in2004to start the "master of rural education policy" serious study, and research on the implementation of the parts of the policy in our country, at the same time combining parts of Hubei province rural education master’s training policy for part of the implementation of the education master’s empirical analysis of the impact of the rural areas. Integrated application of literature method, questionnaire survey and interview survey method, further understand the country’s "policy of rural education master program in Hubei province is a part of the implementation of the poor mountainous areas, and in the light of the problems met in the implementation of the data statistics and analysis, to the policy of agricultural raw cultivation model to recognize the unreasonable part is analyzed and summarized, the specific questions as follows:1. Rural education master’s not rigorous screening;2. The number of rural education master, less for its separate designated training plan and setting up the independent course system is unlikely;3. Rural education master’s master’s degree is not reasonable to determine the direction of professional training;4. Rural education master instructor arrangement is unreasonable, to academic;5. Rural education master’s too few of contact with the selected teacher;6. Rural education master’s course system is not reasonable. Finally put forward opinions and Suggestions on the existing problems, specific adjustment Suggestions embodied in the following several aspects:1. Rural education master’s qualification screening;2. Rural education master’s summer training instructor filter condition;3. Subject to the procedures of rural education master’s summer training reform;4. Rural education center of teachers and students graduate course configuration;5. The arrangement of the rural education master instructor;6. Rural education master’s tutor assigned specialization;7. Rural education master’s major research direction of rationalization. However, along with the progress of The Times, the Hubei province to implement the "master of the rural education policy" in2012by "rural compulsory school teachers recruitment plan" alternative.In the early part of this study is the introduction, mainly includes the research background, research purpose and meaning, the basic train of thought and research methods, the innovation of this study point, study the feasibility of the analysis, the domestic related research review. Body part there are four main contents:1. The "master of rural education policy" in Hubei province in the historical evolution of the rural education master’s training mode;2. Hubei province to implement the policy of rural education master’s positive significance;3. The postgraduate students education in rural areas in Hubei province empirical analysis of the existing problems in the training mode;4. Adjust the training mode of rural education master’s strategy.
