| In this paper,by using the method of literature,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,refers to the test method and other methods,in hubei province in the national physique monitoring 20~59 years old of adults as the research object,and extract the adult physique index date,analyzing and comparing the indicators of the annual differences between further analysis from 2010 to 2014 in hubei province adult physique characteristics,find out the factors influencing the physical health of residents in hubei province and put forward the corresponding countermeasure,clear government and sports related functional department goals and direction for future development,strive to make a considerable improvement of physical health level of residents in hubei province and to achieve our great China dream as soon as possible to lay a solid foundation.The results show that:(1)compared with 2010,2014,the age of 40 adult population is significantly higher than in 2010,but the weight,overweight and obesity also showed a trend of increasing;(2)in 2014 adult body function levels have declined from 2010,characterized by elevated blood pressure,pulse pressure difference,vital capacity;(3)compared with 2010,2014 adults power quality is on the decline;For flexible quality aspect of change:the crowd of men before the age of 40 a downward trend,and people have improved after 40 years old,female flexible quality decreased;(4)the influence factors of residents in our country take part in physical exercise activities,less time,limited space equipment,lack of fitness environment and professional sports instruction is still the main objective factors affecting the residents in our country take part in physical exercise.Influence factors:(1)genetic is prerequisite to people’s physical strength.According to the objective laws of heredity and variation,understanding and analysis of the positive significance of sports,persistent physical exercise can enhance residents’ health belief,for with the development of physique study provide strong guidance.(2)economic level unceasing enhancement,the improvement of health for people provided a favorable external conditions,to improve the physique level play a crucial role.(3)is affected by natural environmental factors stimulation,the body will produce different physiological response,it has regional characteristics of physical types.Physical fitness level is lower as the altitude increases,increases as the longitude increases.(4)sleep leads to people’s body and mind to get a good rest,recuperation and recovery.Can improve sleep quality,safeguard people’s normal work,study and life.6~9 hours of sleep time in the crowd the cardiovascular system function best,the best physical quality level.Physical activity on a regular basis,often is good for people’s physical and mental health,form a healthy lifestyle.Regular sports not only can make a healthy body,but also better able to form a good mental health.(5)often take part in physical exercise on body size and body composition,physical function and physical quality,body mass index produce bigger effect,can improve and raise the level of physical health.Development countermeasures:(1)the development of social economy,the development of the mass sports activities and promote provides a good condition,meet the people’s growing sports demand,promote the national fitness campaign,further play to the comprehensive function and social effect of sports,enrich the social and cultural life.(2)the state general administration of sports in national fitness path,snow charcoal engineering,farmer sports fitness project,the national fitness activities center and the national fitness aspects such as outdoor activity base adopted measures,make the physical fitness activities become more into daily life,to better promote the national fitness campaign.(3)people lack of understanding of physical exercise,scientific fitness guidance enables people to in-depth understanding of sports fitness activities,to better promote the healthy and good fitness results.(4)to provide scientific guidance for mass sports,social sports instructors to improve the health,to maintain and develop mass sports,promote the construction of social spiritual civilization,promote the vigorous development of mass sports and the national fitness cause.(5)fully understand the function and value of sports,seize the opportunity of the national fitness,organize the masses to actively take part in sports fitness activities,make the sports fitness activities towards a comprehensive,scientific,standardized,systematic and universal direction,expanding the proportion of sports population,improve the quality of people’s life. |
