Along with social consciousness gradually improve, a society than in the past have more gender inclusive. Today’s society, there have been more and more men began to women work in traditional profession, professional field for the traditional female gender injected new blood. Such as a male nurse, male social workers, male teachers, and even some unconventional male professional groups such as her male has sadly arisen, greatly impact the society inherent professional impression. However, influenced by Chinese traditional gender culture, the development of traditional Chinese female career field male group is still struggling, facing a series of groups:group a small, rare; Talent training lack of gender specific; Loss of switching frequent, large groups of liquidity; The excellent talents to centralized system or developed areas; Family, spouses, peer groups do not understand; Role conflict between the occupational role and gender roles.
