With the popularity of badminton is higher and higher in Beijing, the company’s internalorganization between badminton activities more and more, badminton group of totalparticipation motivation is also a wide variety of badminton, badminton training also arises atthe historic moment, but with the demand of the market is more and more big, the badmintoncoach gradually expand, training market is various, can ensure the quality of teaching is aproblem worthy of study, in which influence factors existing in the teaching, how to promotethe improvement of the badminton teaching is based on the problems need to solve.This study through the literature material law, questionnaire investigation, interviewmethod, mathematical statistics, logic analysis of Beijing’s badminton teaching presentsituation investigation and countermeasure research of the mass badminton teaching presentsituation analysis were investigated. In the questionnaire from the badminton venue, coaches,coaches, the distribution of the number of gender, age, status, educational background,professional background, sports, coaching motivation, knowledge, ability structure andteaching contents, purpose, method, training program, the teaching of sports injury, and theage of the participants, sports background, participation motivation and ability of relevantindexes of evaluation to the knowledge of the coaches, the results are as follows:1, haidian district in the investigation of several regional arena stadium to number84,chaoyang district field of46number, number of xicheng district area of18, the dongchengdistrict number field for19pieces, fengtai area number for22pieces, shijingshan area numberfor46, a total of235pieces.2, the badminton coach has obvious regional distribution difference, this is a factorrestricting the development of mass sport in Beijing, at the same time also shows the numberof the mass badminton coach how many with regional characteristics have a close relationship.Haidian district, is a concentration of local universities in Beijing, the school’s badmintonvenue generally open to the public, can very good badminton enthusiasts to provide facilitiesfor the populace, also facilitate the teaching of college students these amateur badmintoncoaches. Chaoyang district traffic is more areas, however, people from all walks of life moreconcentrated, the venue of the number of how many determines the number of participants,corresponding to the demand of the coaches are also relatively large.2, coaches, present a younger age, mostly in young and middle-aged, in the majority with students, mostly in the above degree in university of the coaches andprofessional engaged in the badminton, is part of the amateur sports schools and professionaltrained athletes. On the cultural quality of the coaches high-quality talent occupies a largeproportion, but the professional technical ability is inferior to a high standard of professionalcoaches and so on teaching and actual combat ability both sides want to make up for eachother and learn from each other.3, economic factors, and expanding the social communication and realize their ownvalue is the mass badminton coaches coaching motivation. Economic factors, realize theirown value and expanding the social communication in the top three, shows that the coachesput economic interests and their own value in the first, in this kind of motivation forbadminton teaching, under the drive of easy to neglect, negative is not conducive to themasses of badminton teaching improved.4, badminton teaching in the teaching content is dependent on the establishment ofteaching objectives, teaching purpose can’t perform without the use of teaching methods,through the investigation and analysis, most coaches will be the badminton technique, gait asa key content to teach, the second is the tactics of practice, there are few coaches willemphasize the special physical quality and specific psychological quality. Teaching purposeand there is no physical quality as the practice project, the teaching method is theinterpretation of some commonly used demonstration method, practice method, the completedecomposition method and badminton training in many balls training method.5, in the teaching of sports injury mostly wrist, shoulder, waist, knee and ankle area, suchas the reason is that the coach did not make on-the-spot guidance, ready to prepare adequatelyfor the activity, the participants ideology unprepared, inattention, during the process oftraining their physical quality to reach the strength of the training requirements.6, mass badminton groups tend to be younger, more and more parents pay attention tothe child’s badminton technology study, which requires attention should be paid to dodemonstration on teaching methods, practice much less, the behavioral essentials of eachtechnology be concise, to improve the students’ interest in learning, classroom discipline andwell organized. At the same time in various stages of the students accept ability is different,which requires the coaches to have enough patience and rich teaching means.7, the people at large are the base of badminton players, directly affect the popularity of badminton teaching, but in some mass badminton participants chose not tohire a badminton coach, on the one hand, think it is not necessary, on the one hand is felt notlearn things, some think the coach’s cost is too high, the last part of this not the right way tohire coaches.
