Purposes: in the experiment of simulated high temperature and highhumidity environment, by using three methods of precooling (oral ice slurry+ice vest, vest, oral ice slurry、control), compare the three methods ofprecooling under high temperature and high humidity environment impact onthe power bicycle sports ability of athletes, for athletes and coaches inthe actual game provide certain theoretical basis and practice basis.Methods: Select12Bicycle Athletes to carrying on the serialnumber,each athlete completed the control group, oral ice slurry group, icevest group, oral ice slurry+ice vest combined precolding interventions,interval time of each precooling interventions for7days.The experimentalprocess of athletes is that entering the laboratory rest for15minutes andmeasuring its basic value, then precolding intervention, after testimmediately enter the simulation laboratory of high temperature and highhumidity,then carry increasing load power bicycle exercise to exhaustion.thecore temperature was measured by ear temperature instrument; hemoglobin,blood flow perfusion index, heart rate was measured by Masimo Radical-7;infrared imaging instrument measuring surface temperature; power cyclingrecord movement distance and time.Results:1in terms of the power cycling test distance, using oral Iceslurry precooling、Ice vest precooling measures compared with control group,there are significant differences (p <0.05);combination of cooling jacketand ice injestion, there is very significant difference(p <0.01).Combinedcooling has good effect than oral ice precooling, ice vest precooling;2before and after the precooling oral ice slurry、Joint precooling group thebody’s core temperature has a very significant difference(p <0.01); Thecontrol group and ice vest group no significant difference before and afterthe precooling;3oral ice slurry group and joint precooling group heartrate before and after the precooling are very significant difference (p <0.01), before and after the precooling the ice vest precooling group heartrate no significant difference;4skin surface temperature in the control group、ice vest group、Oral ice slurry group no significant difference beforeand after the precooling;joint precooling group skin surface temperaturebefore and after the precooling have significant difference(p <0.05).5before and after the precooling oral ice slurry group、ice vest precoolinggroup blood perfusion index have no significant difference;joint precoolinggroup blood perfusion index have significant difference(p<0.05).conclusion:1under the condition of high temperature and high humiditythree precooling measures all make the cyclist in power cycling sport abilityimproved, including the combination of oral ice slurry+ice vest precoolingmethod to improve the sports ability of cyclist is superior to the separateuse of oral precooling measures of ice slurry, ice vest;2precoolingmechanism is characterized the core of lower body temperature, heart rate,blood flow perfusion index, increase body heat reserve capacity.3Precoolingfor oxygen content of athletes, there is no significant difference betweenthe effects of methemoglobin.
