With the pace of construction of our economic society quickening, the requirement of high-new talents increases daily. It becomes critical for vocational schools, which provide skilled talents. However, in recent years, vocational schools are in distress for student employment. It is ubiquitous for graduates, that "graduation means unemployment". So, how to train skilled talents with high efficiency and quality becomes a pressing issue. The fundamental way to solve this problem is to change the current traditional mode of education, change the vocational training mode from half closed to open. Fully combine the advantage of talent training in both school and enterprise, and effectively unite the classroom educational environment of theory taught in main with the practice environment of mainly gaining the experience and ability directly, then a new talent training mode in our vocational skilled education comes forth, namely the talent training mode of combination of the school and enterprise. However the vocational school-enterprise cooperation project is limited to the simple order form, and faces many problems.It cannot effectively solve neither the problems of development in vocational school nor improvement of training model.To improve the new model of school and enterprise talent cultivation, project management as well as partnership management theories are introduced through well analyzed information after interviewing schools and students. By analyzing current problems, a XXGC vocational school and enterprise partnership management model has been established. This model could just resolve the current troubles and improve processes. Moreover, it provides a feasible reference for optimizing cooperation, and operation.This paper tries to improve the implementation in management of partnership between school and enterprise. Thus, current operation process would be mended and problems be settled.A generally applicable mode for vocational schools and businesses is identified here, through an in-depth research on the partnership project management model, which could provide objectives for vocational schools in their future developing. We hope this paper would provide a reference for vocational schools in their future school and enterprise project, moreover, would help vocational schools to implement their training programs more pragmatically.
