Junior middle school teachers’ occupation of happiness and team stability related tothe future quality of national foundation education. This paper takes the junior middleschool teachers in Huai’an area as the research object, especially the investigation andanalysis of different teachers, private schools and public school teachers, in-service for andnon compilation group of teachers and to carry out the teacher occupation junior middleschool sense of happiness.This paper around the teacher occupation well-being issues, investigation and analysisof the present situation of Huai’an area junior middle school teachers,through thequestionnaire survey of nearly a thousand teachers and dozens of interviews with teachers,in four dimensions of material, spirit, professional occupation, physiological well-being,combined with the statistical analysis of the data, draw the following conclusions:(1juniorhigh school teachers in Huai’an city) of occupation happiness overall situation is not ideal,only half of the people identify themselves with good sense of well-being;(2) the Huai’anjunior middle school teachers for different subjects in occupation happiness exist certaindifferences, overall speaking, the number of English language teachers in the senior highschool entrance examination and physio chemical major occupation stronger sense ofhappiness life the teacher in political history;(3) the junior middle school teachers inHuai’an City, the existence of different identity discrepancy occupation well-being, ofparticular concern is private in a series of teachers and only29%of their own occupationwell-being said good;(4) the teacher to obtain the main reason for including occupationwell-being: cold-summer vacation, colleagues more interpersonal relationships, workstability,security, student support, the trust of parents, understanding, and the teacher lostthe main occupation of happiness The reasons include: class, counseling,much work everyday time is too long, the chance of personal development Co.,low wages, not satisfied with the management system etc..In the occupation of teaching junior high school’s sense of happiness investigation andanalysis based on carding, puts forward some suggestions about the junior middle schoolteachers’ occupation well-being promotion: the government should pay attention to allkinds of schools and the city’s teacher,strive for justice; social need identity of teacher’steaching, form resultant force;the family should become a strong backing, to eliminateanymenace from the "rear" teachers; school should embody the "people-oriented"education management and service; the individual teacher should pay attention to theimprovement of self-cultivation.
