The teacher occupation tired was a hot topic in the occupational area of education in recent years. It not only affects teacher's physical and mental health and the quality of life, hinders the teacher's occupation development, but also brings adverse affect to the study of students. Therefore, the teacher occupation tired is not merely a individual problem for the teachers but also a big matter for the educational undertaking of our country.By the means of questionnaire and the researches of interview and literature, in the paper the causes of the middle school teacher occupation tired were analyzed, and reasonable ways were tried to found to solve this problem. The object of this study is all teachers who work in the Wuhan Lanjiangdi middle school .The investigation was conducted by the following three steps: Firstly the questionnaires were provided to collect the basic situation of teachers; Then the individual teachers were interviewed to know their further situation of teacher occupation tired; Finally analyses to the teacher occupation tired condition of this school were carried on by consulting the massive literature materials.The paper is constituted of four parts:In the first part the objective and methods of this study were introduced.In the second part the basic situation of the Lanjiangdi middle school teacher was presented, and the analysis of the investigation result was made, then the present situation of teacher occupation in this school was summarized.In the third part the analysis was carried out which aim to seek the source or origin of this school teacher occupation tired. It was divided into two parts: in the first part seven reasons were concluded based on the analysis of the tired reason in the shallow layer, in the second part three tired sources were induced on the basis of deep analysis of the occupation tired reason made by using certain theory.In the fourth part some suggestions were provided to reduce the teacher occupation tired. |
