Course resource is an essential concept put forwarded by Biology Course Standards(Experiments) of the Ordinary Senior Middle School. The new course standard points out that“course resource is an important factor in deciding whether the goal of course can beeffectively reached”. With full implementation of reform for the new course of senior middleschools in Hebei Province, the development and utilization of course resources of biologyhave become a very important link of reform for the new course of senior middle schools inHebei Province, and are important ways for deepening course reform and enhancing teachingperformance for biology.Document research method is adopted for the thesis in summing up relevant research ondevelopment and utilization of course resources at home and abroad, in defining relevantconcepts and summarizing principle basis for development and utilization of biology.Questionnaire and observation method is employed for statistics and analysis of the status-quoof development and utilization of course resources of biology after full implementation ofnew course reform ever since autumn of2009of senior middles in Hebei Province. Based onabove, case analysis method is taking for the practical exploration of development andutilization of course resources of biology at Sanhe No.3Senior Middle School Hebei Province.The specific contents of the thesis can be divided into seven (7) parts as following:Introduction: It elaborates the raising of questions and significance of research,summarizes the bibliographies for the status-quo of research at home and abroad, putsforwards research methods for the thesis and defines relevant concepts.Chapter1: It makes a theoretical overview of the basis of features, classifications anddevelopment and utilization of course resources of biology; and provides theoretical basis forpractical exploration.Chapter2: Preparation of questionnaire according to the questionnaire conducted for thestatus-quo of the development and utilization of course resource of biology in some of thesenior middle schools of Shijiazhuang City, Handan City, Cangzhou City, Sanhe City and Xianghe County of Hebei Province in conjunction of interview information to make statisticsand analysis to the results of questionnaire.Chapter3: In combination with the results of the conducted questionnaire andinformation acquired through interview and observation, it dissects the questions in thedevelopment and utilization of course resources of biology after full implementation of newcourse reform ever since autumn of2009of senior middles in Hebei Province.Chapter4: With regard to the problems of development and utilization of courseresources of biology of senior middle schools in Hebei Province, it introduces the practicalexploration of development and utilization of course resources of biology at Sanhe No.3Senior Middle School Hebei Province to provide a way of thinking for offering some help fordevelopment and utilization of course resources of biology in practice in senior middleschools of Hebei Province.Chapter5: It raises some countermeasures in conjunction with the research made, takingdevelopment and utilization of course resources of biology at Sanhe No.3Senior MiddleSchool Hebei Province as a case in an attempt to reach a rippling effect so as to make somecontributions for development and utilization of course resources of biology of senior middleschools of Hebei Province.Conclusion: A conclusion is made according to the thesis, that ever since the start fromautumn of2009, senior middle schools of Hebei Province have fully implemented new coursereform for more than four (4) years, but most biology teachers are still have inadequateknowledge of course resources. To motivate the initiative and enthusiasm of the teachers fordevelopment and utilization of course resources cannot do without drive of policy. It alsopoints out the deficiency of the thesis.
