| With the implementation of the national new curriculum reform,the development and use of curriculum resources has attracted the attention of many teachers.Native curriculum resources are the important part of curriculum resources.In terms of nature,its uniqueness,livelihood,practicality,and other advantages are conducive to improve the quality of teachers’ classroom teaching and field practice.In terms of categories,the local natural scenery,customs,strange talks,etc.can all be used as materials for classroom teaching and are closely related to students’ actual life.The biology has the characteristics of strong practicality and close connection with production and life.Therefore,combining local curriculum resources with high school biology classroom teaching has important research value.The native biology curriculum resources in Guangyuan C ity were collected and surveyed by using the methods of literature analysis,observation and questionnaire survey methods,and the status of development and utilization of local curriculum resources in the biological classroom of high school biology in Guangyuan C ity were also investigated.Some problems in the development and utilization of rural biology curriculum resources were discussed,and related optimization strategies for these issues were also suggested to provide a theoretical basis for the development and use of local curriculum resou rces for the majority of biology teachers,thus promoting the development of quality education in the country.The results are as follows:Through consulting a large number of data on the resources of Guangyuan C ity and on-site visit surveys,we collected and organized some rural resources,including: animal and plant resources,industrial resources,planting resources,and tourism resources.These resources can provide a reference for biology teaching of biological teachers in Guangyuan City.The questionnaire survey results showed that some teachers and students in Guangyuan C ity still have the following problems in developing and using local curriculum resources: The school’s support for the development and use of indigenous biology curriculum resources is insufficient;Teachers do not pay enough attention to local curriculum resources;and students lack of the enthusiasm for biology learning.According to the existing problems in the development and use of local curriculum resources in Guangyuan C ity,it is proposed that the selection of local curriculum resources must follow four principles,namely,the principle of truthfulness,the principle of integrating theory with practice,the principle of intuitiveness,and the principle of problem accuracy.At the same time,the author proposes relevant optimization strategies:(1)Schools should take some concrete measures to help teachers develop and use local curriculum resources,such as inviting relevant experts and scholars to give lectures,setting up local native biology teaching incentive mechanisms,and organizing the establishment of local rural biology teaching practice bases;(2)Teachers should take the initiative to understand the principles of selecting local curriculum resources,development process,and utilization strategies,and to establish a website for the sharing of curriculum resources and teaching materials,and a resource bank for local biology courses,and to organize the compilation of local biological textbooks for the region;(3)Students should increase their knowledge of local biology curriculum resources and increase their interest in learning biology. |
