Ideological and political theory course in universities plays of Marx’s theory of education for college students to have a systematic task, is the main channel of Ideological and political education of college students. As the world multi polarization and economic globalization are developing in twists and turns, students are faced with a lot of thought and values of western culture shock. Some college students have their political beliefs, ideals and beliefs, confused fuzzy value orientation is distorted, the weak sense of integrity, lack of social responsibility, work hard and perseveringly spirit of desalination, solidarity and cooperation of the poor concept and poor psychological problems. The new situation brings new challenge to ideological and political theory course teachers, in order to guide students to establish correct world outlook, outlook on life, values. Teacher professional development has become the trend of education reform, many countries pay attention to it. Teachers of Ideological and political theory course is the main team in universities, play an extremely important role, as the spiritual enlightenment and guidelines in life of college students. Under the new situation, in-depth study and answer the problem of Teachers’ professional development of Ideological and political theory course, will improve the ideological and Political Theory Teachers’ professional quality and social status, and strengthen the construction of Ideological and political theory course in universities, promote College Students’ Ideological and political education, it has the important theory value and practical significance.This paper consisting of five parts, elaborates the problems and Countermeasures of Ideological and political theory course in Teachers’ professional development.
