The Research On The Employment Of Medical College Graduates In Henan Province

Employment is related to the development of national, economy social stability and national rejuvenation, in which the students towards the basic level employment are the focus. The state of college graduates employment which tests the talent-cultivating pattern in higher education, the economic development of Grass-roots society and so on should be put emphasis on by education departments at all levels of the government. Henan province always values the development of primary health care services and has issued several methods to guide academic medical graduates working on primary health care services, but it still doesn’t make the need of Primary health care services meet with the supply of graduates.thus, Solving the employment of the medical graduates which guarantees and makes progress the supply of academic medical graduates has social importance.We take the problem in employment of academic medical graduates of Henan province as our object. First, we analysis the present theoretical advances and results in china and abroad to build our system of theory. Second, we analysis the problem in the progress of the employment of academic medical graduates of Henan province which includes the lack of the intensity of government policies guidance and standardization of employment mechanisms, the inaccurate positioning of cultivation from college and career guidance and the falling behind both in concept and competence,and in which part the government and the employers, graduates and college should take. Third, analysis and learning from the idea of education and employment mechanisms of the well-heeled country to make Henan a right way. Last, I take out some advice about improving decision of the government and steering mechanisms, enforcing the education of college and information integration, knowing who am I and what I wane be and being clear what the society need and job-matching to solve the employment of academic medical graduates of Henan province and make them powerful assurance for primary health care services of Henan.And find that more and more primary health care services are under construction in low-income communities and villages and towns, academic medical graduates mostly have to obtain employment at the grass-roots level, owing to their limit of specific knowledge and skills, and the province where they come from. The need and coverage of primary health care services is increasing, which will not only promote employment of academic medical graduates but also improve primary health care security, inspiring the need of health care services and making people healthy.
