| Postgraduate education shoulders the important mission of cultivating high-level talents and creating new ideas.In 2020,the Ministry of Education,the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance issued the Opinions on Accelerating the Reform and Development of Postgraduate Education in the New Era,pointing out that the structure of training types should be optimized and professional degree postgraduate education should be vigorously developed.China’s professional degree graduate education has entered a new era.Henan University’s publishing master’s license was approved in2010,and it is the first batch of publishing master’s license units in China.In this paper,taking the Master of Publishing from School of Journalism and Communication,Henan University as an example,using the research methods of questionnaire survey,interview and quantitative analysis,the graduates of Master of Publishing from 2013 to 2021 in Henan University were taken as samples,and questionnaires were distributed to them.and 115 questionnaires were distributed,and 106 were successfully collected,Data analysis software was used to analyze the questionnaires,showing the basic employment situation and career development of graduates from 2013 to 2021 in Henan University.By distributing questionnaires to graduates and interviewing some students,and using the survey data,this paper analyzes the graduates’ personal situation,employment situation,career development and feedback on the quality of training.It is found that graduates are basically employed and have stable jobs,and there are a large number of graduates engaged in publishing,with a professional correlation of 75%.The graduates’ feedback satisfaction on the quality of training is high,which indicates that the quality of publishing professionals training in Henan University is high.Of course,the survey results also found that the training of publishing professionals still needs to be improved,such as optimizing the curriculum and providing employment guidance.It also hopes to provide some reference for universities setting up publishing majors in China. |
