| With the development and the deepening reform of Chinese higher education, independent college, as a newly emerging force of our reform in the higher education system, its rapid rise and development greatly alleviates the shortage of educational resources and promotes the goals of the realization of China’s higher education popularization. However, as the forefront and the experimental field of the reform of higher education, there are no patterns and rules to be followed for the development of independent college.Whether its management system perfect or not directly influences the goals and the direction of school education’s development. The management systems of independent colleges are influenced not only by the external policy environment, but also by their own defect management. From the perspective of the sustainable development of the independent college, the article analyses the current development of the independent college’s management system from internal and external causes. Moreover, drawing lessons from foreign private institution of higher education to put forward specific and perfect policy and measures, and to strive for playing a role in casting a brick to attract jade to establish scientific and standardized management system frame of Chinese independent college. |
