| The development of higher education plays a decisive role in the modern countries, it is the important indicators as a measure of a country modernization degree, With the marketization reform of socialism with Chinese characteristics, China’s higher education system has been perfect and innovation, in this process, the massification of higher education is the only way, independent school as a typical of the massification which is of great significance to the future development of higher education.The author believes that independent school in China is still in the primary stage of development, need specification and continuous policy support mechanism, at the same time, more need to perfect the connotation of the university of higher education, deal with the relationship between the market and education value, take the localization characteristic and the western education system to organic integration,in an efficient, professional, system of the new public management mode to manage to break through. |
