The times call for "general education". Interdisciplinary integration is a new teaching concept, which is the trend of modern countries developing well in education to build the structure of the basic education curriculum in the21st century. Whether from the characteristics of history, or from the perspective of the new curriculum reform, the interdisciplinary teaching in history is an inevitable requirement for the development of academic and the times. The article is mainly from two aspects---the level and the method in using physical knowledge to explain the application of physical knowledge in middle school history teaching. From the application level, it can be divided into "explicit use" and "recessive use";From the specific application methods in the real teaching process, it can be divided into "proactive promotion use" and "retroactive promotion use". The use of physical knowledge in middle school history teaching trains teachers’and students’ interdisciplinary awareness and it benefits for curriculum integration which aims to make the cohesion and the openness of vision in curriculum come true. The use of physical knowledge in history teaching can foster a spirit to value science; moreover, it can effectively promote the balanced development in Arts and Science subjects and the comprehensive development of students.
