To strengthen the construction of the socialist core value system and improve the moral quality is to enhance the whole nation culture creativity, the necessary conditions for the construction of socialist culture power. As the world economic development, social progress and national development strategy for the needs of the people’s thought condition also changed larger, especially high school students is closely related to national future thinking features also had more significant changes, thus to strengthen as a primary school and university high school moral education the main carrier of mediation in political lesson teaching material and its moral education research problems appear increasingly important.The current high school political lesson teaching moral education in our country join in the contents of the highlighted target level is not strong, to be perfect, by consulting relevant literature, summarized problems of analysis and comparison, in its policies to guide and to explore the specific facilities, recessive closed influence, cohesion guarantee mechanism and so on the phenomena of the restricting factors and puts forward corresponding Suggestions, which is beneficial to integration of primary and secondary school moral education theory to explore, improve middle school students’ moral quality, and strengthen the middle school political lesson teaching effectiveness and the purpose of improving the middle school moral education teaching material system.
