Investigation And Countermeasures On The Status Quo Of The Cultivation Of Scientific Research Ability Of Masters Of Physical Education And Training In Shandong Province

As an important role in the development of China's talent development strategy,graduate students are the reserve troops of China's scientific and technological innovation personnel.The improvement of scientific research ability is the key to the future development of scientific research level.It is the core and key to improve the quality of postgraduate education,and it is also the focal point and entry point of the postgraduates' training units to serve the national scientific research innovation system effectively.The research ability of the postgraduates is the core and key of improving the quality of postgraduate education.At present,China is from the sports power to the sports power forward,high-level personnel research ability is essential.In view of the importance of the cultivation of postgraduates' scientific research ability,taking the scientific research ability of postgraduates of physical education and training in Shandong province as the breakthrough point,using the literature method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method to comprehensively investigate and understand the physical education in Shandong Province The postgraduates ability and its influencing factors are as follows:1.In Shandong province,Physical education and training master's degree scientific research ability from the scientific research results,the specific status of the performance: to participate in the survey of 128 physical education and training graduate students published papers 218 The number of core journals published in the academic papers is less than that of the academic journals.The published papers are mainly based on the completion of the school rules,and the grades of the journals are low.The independent sample is tested by the nonparametric test of 985/211.Higher than non-985/211 college graduate students;research three master's degree scientific research is better than research two master's degree,indicating that the cultivation of scientific research ability is a complex system engineering,need all aspects of the joint efforts.2.There are 57.8% of the postgraduates who have a general attitude towards academic research.Only 34.4% of the graduate students are interested in academic research and are analyzed by Pearson's correlation analysis.,The degree of interest of postgraduates and the number of postgraduates were significantly correlated with the number of postgraduates,indicating that graduate students should pay attention to the cultivation of graduate students' interest in the process of cultivation.3.There are 92.2% of the postgraduates in physical education and training in Shandong province think that it is necessary to strengthen the investigation of the scientific research ability of the candidates in the enrollment stage,which indicates that the postgraduates of physical education and training are fully aware of the importance of scientific research ability to graduate students.Training graduate students still have 37.5% of the graduate students that the school in the admissions stage for the level of scientific research of the candidates is not enough,the next step should strengthen the enrollment of graduate students to study the level of scientific research.4.In Shandong Province,physical education and training of postgraduates training units in the curriculum set up more emphasis on the cultivation of scientific research ability of graduate students,through the establishment of relevant scientific research ability to cultivate courses to promote the quality of graduate students to improve scientific research courses need to strengthen the study,Not enough will affect the graduate students to master the content of the course.5.There are 78.9% of the instructors in the physical education and training majors in Shandong Province.There are at least three students each year.There are 77.3% of the postgraduates do not meet the instructors frequently.Pearson correlation analysis shows that the frequency of communication between teachers and students is significantly related to the number of published papers published at 0.05 level(bilateral).The survey shows,72.3%of the graduate students The reason for the less communication of the instructors comes down to their own reasons.6.In Shandong Province,physical education and training graduate students lack of scientific research and practice activities,the specific performance: mentor participation in the project is low,teaching materials,monographs with low participation,fewer academic disciplines and fewer students have had academic reports of experience.Through the statistical analysis of whether or not to participate in scientific research and practice activities,it is concluded that the level of scientific research and participation in scientific research and practice is higher than that of graduate students who do not do that.7.In Shandong Province,there are 39.1% of the students in the physical education and training are not satisfied with the current situation of the scientific research facilities.8.The importance of the incentive effect of scientific research on the improvement of scientific research ability of graduate students will give some reward to outstanding students.However,it should be noted that 43.7% of the graduate students are not satisefied about that which will have a negative impact on the enthusiasm of graduate students.9.The postgraduate training unit of postgraduates in physical education and
