Class is the basic structural unit in the education system, is the main place for students’ activities. Its formation is a process of continuous development and change, the loose combination groups from the first, gradually evolved into organized cooperative groups, and ultimately the formation of perfect class. In the process of development, the class management and the teachers also play a very important role, directly or indirectly affect the comprehensive, healthy development of students in the class play and education function.Through to the Jiangsu province Suzhou city Wujiang district Shenta middle school case and the present status of rural junior high school class management, found that rural junior high school class management mainly has the following problems:the educational concept is relatively backward, the lack of internal democracy class; the quality of teachers and students is relatively weak, management content is too one-sided; education investment is relatively small, management is closed; class activities are relatively less, management method is relatively simple. The main reason to cause these problems are: class management thought and perceptual, lack of theoretical; class management short-term, the lack of continuity; construction of the class of random, lack of systematic; class representation, the lack of effectiveness.In order to solve the problem above, we can take four the following strategies to build effective management classes:follow the rules of the development of students, Class management direction of development planning; follow the class formation, improve the effective management of the class level; follow the rules of construction of the class, the class management mode change; follow the class activities, to enhance the actual effect of class management.
