Through literature development, questionnaires, tracking survey on men of all agestrampoline athletes of high level investigation to understand the data content and itsarrangements for training exercise load and the resulting collection, collation, analysisand research Find trampoline training inherent laws, engaged in the training ofpersonnel trampoline provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance, but alsoprovide the basis and reference for the scientific training of athletes in men’s trampoline.Conclusions showed that:(1) Should reduce the training time of youth athletes, can increase the number oftraining load class maintenance.(2) Chinese man trampoline athletes with age, gradually reduce the proportion of singleaction exercises, a gradual increase in the proportion of the whole exercise.(3) Should be appropriate to increase the proportion of quality training, the athletes at a high level.(4)12-15years old man trampoline athletes difficulty develops slowly, in the16-18years old at this stage is the difficulty of growth stage, after the age of18is generallyhigher reserves.(5)16-18years of athletes training volume reached a maximum level. After the age of18training intensity reached a maximum level.
