With the wave of the new curriculum reform, teachers need to raise their professionalism, update teaching idea. Instead of the teacher to be the dominance in the past, new.Curriculum alter this phenomenon and emphasize the dominance of the students. In the actual teaching, we often design teaching in the need of students, giving more attention to students. Then the specific subject matter of chemistry teaching, teachers focus on what aspects of student needs? What is the status of the "student knowledge" of teachers? What facts affect the formation and development of "student knowledge "? Up to date, research on these issues are rare.In this paper, we set questionnaire in the carrier of "Oxidation-reduction reaction" in the chemistry obligatory one. Investigating and analyzing the status of "student knowledge" of senior chemistry teachers in Hu Bei, Chong Qing, Si Chuan, An Hui province. Understanding the status and existing problems of "student knowledge" of senior chemistry teachers, and giving suggestion on the questions. By searching some literatures, seeking help of classroom teachers, experts and also extracting my own experience, we summarized the factors of the formation and development of the "student knowledge ", and setted up related topics to investigate.This paper consist of five parts:Part One:Containing of the reason of the research.Part Two:Literature review. Elaborating the Research Status, concept and structure, the value of the development of teachers of the PCK. Focusing on Research Status Connotation, Epitaxy, Characteristics and the factors of the formation and development of the "student knowledge " in PCK field.Part Three:Study and Design.Containing of significance of the study and research purposes,the ideas, methods, object of the research and the measurement reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Part Four:Analysis of the survey results, is the main part of this paper. Mainly analyzed the status of the "student knowledge " from gender, seniority, education, schools, professional grade. The independent sample T test, single factor variance method and monadic linear regressi-on analysis method has been used to analyze the data,the results show that teachers’ gender, age and record of formal schooling has remarkable effect on the "student knowledge ".then,the dim-ension of learning basis,process and result each has different degrees of influence on the"student knowledge ". On the impact of "student knowledge" formation and development factors were analyzed mainly focus on the role of the larger degree student factors and personal factors both teachers. In addition, we also analyzed satisfaction level of the "student knowledge " of the teacher themselves, gave some effective suggestions.Part Five:Conclusion and Suggestion, we summarized the status and influence factors of the "student knowledge " of senior chemistry teacher in the PCK field, and made effective recommendations for the problems, for the sake of raising and perfecting the "student knowledge " of teachers.
