Since the 21 st century, the competition results of our country’s volleyball team have been obvious to all, and take the leading position around the world. Volleyball is not only one of the key projects of the Olympic Games in China, but also the key project that many Chinese fans are very concerned about. Modern volleyball project is based on the physical fitness and comprehensive ability. And this is also an era that regards actual strength over the volleyball nets as the fundament. And in the athletes’ competitive abilities, good physical fitness is the basis that volleyball techniques and tactics can get into full play. In recent years, as the sci entific research capacity develops constantly, nations with powerful volleyball abilities in the world attach great importance to the athletes’ physique, and try to find the right training methods which are likely to effectively improve the training effect, and prevent the injury from training.Acc ording to the shoulder injury-prone phenomenon for volleyball players, I select 23 students from the volleyball specialized course, and divide them randomly into control group and experimental group, 11 to 12 of them. Both groups of participants’ age, height, weight, training years and other indexes are not significantly different. The experimental group and control group will be trained for a period of 8 weeks, 3 to 5 times per week. The control group is treated with the normal training, while the experimental group will be increased the shoulder joint functional training on the basis of the conventional training.The test result is performed by the repetitive measurement and analysis of variance with the SPSS17.0 statistical software, and it shows that:1. The comparison between two groups, 8 weeks training of shoulder joint in two different ways in the left side of the spiral strength, on the left side of the stretch strength, on the right side of the spiral strength and on the right side of the change of the outside screw strength has significant difference(P<0.01); On the left shoulder joint flexor muscle strength and on the right side of the change of the flexor muscle strength has a significant difference(P<0.05); On the right shoulder joint and muscle changes, there is no significant difference(P>0.05).2. The comparison between two groups, 8 weeks training of shoulder joint in two different ways on the left side of the body feeling changes has significant difference(p<0.05); On the right shoulder joint proprioception change, there is no significant difference(P>0.05).3. The comparison between two groups, 8 weeks training with two different methods to serve accuracy, passing the accuracy of change, there is no significant difference(P>0.05); On receiving the accuracy of the change is very significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:1. Through two different training methods in 8 weeks, in comparison with the normal training, shoulder joint functional training method can obviously improve the shoulder joint strength.2. By 8 weeks of two different training methods, compared with the conventional training, shoulder joint functional training method can obviously improve the left shoulder joint propriocetion, the right shoulder joint proprioception is on the rise.3. Through 8 weeks of two different training methods, compared with the conventional training, shoulder joint functional training method can obviously improve the receiving technical accuracy, the ball technology accuracy of serve and pass did not change significantly,suggested before the volleyball training should increase the functional training.
