Research On Teaching Skill Training Of Biologic Normal University Students Based On Microteaching Practical Community

In recent years, Chinese educational reform focuses on the field of teacher education. There are several obvious characteristics in educational reform, including: The University-orientation of Teacher Education, Normal colleges integration and Teachers’professional development etc. In order to adapt to the new curriculum reform, teachers must be strict with themselves, however, the cultivation of normal university students haven’t got enough attention.The rapid development of computer, internet and multi-media make it possible to the innovation of educational modes.In the view of all above, based on the survey for teaching skill training of biologic normal university students, in order to improve the effectiveness of micro teaching curriculum, we propose a scheme for building community of practice in this paper, which could offer some help for solving the questions, such as lacking teaching.hours or lacking of teachers etc. Also, we should build community of practice between teachers, normal students and others for the purpose of taking exercise teaching skills, taking familiar wit-h high school biological textbooks, promoting study and communication and so on. At last, we give some suggestions on how to build the U-learning environment in teachers and students, students and students.
