Informatization makes the transformation in all fields of society all over the world.Education is benefit from information technology,and it has had the new change. The flipped classroom teaching mode which originates from the US is produced in this environment. With the development of Internet, it spreads to every corner of the world quickly.In our country, the new curriculum reform has been carried out for more than ten years currently. We had made great achievements, but also met some problems.The present situation of classroom education makes our educators very sensitive for good education concept and ideas.For the new theory of flipped classroom teaching mode, some schools had get a trial,and then more and more research arises. More and more schools become interested in the flipped classroom teaching mode.As a teaching mode which is from foreign country, we must treat it with caution.We should take a prudent attitude.We can’t apply it without any consideration just blindly following the trend.And we also can’t put it to death without any understand. The purpose of this study is to analyze the new teaching model.Based on this, the author comes up with development prospects and development path of the flipped classroom in ChinaThis article is divided into five parts.First of all, in the introduction,the author introduces the background of this research, the content, the study method and the significance of this research.The second part, first of all, to comb the history of flipped classroom to clear its development context.Then it has carried on the definition of the flipped classroom.Comparing with the traditional classroom, let the flipped classroom meaning clearer. Finally by introducing typical cases in American and in China.The third part has carried on to introduce theoretical support of the flipped classroom and their meaning to the flipped classroom.The fourth part, based on the above analysis,the thesis summarizes the value of using this model, then analyzes its practical challenges in domestic school,finally summarizes the possible development paths in China.In the final part,it reflects on the whole study.
