From our point of view the whole situation of higher education, help to optimize the layout and upgrade training model of higher education in China. However, due to the influence of various factors, institutions of higher vocational education enrollment alone does not achieve the ideal state, a number of existing problems. These problems mainly in the selection criteria is not fixed, abnormal phenomena more admissions process controlled by human factor is still more single biogenic sources, and many students on their career aspirations are not clear. The main cause of these problems are:First, China’s vocational colleges admissions policy alone is not perfect, the lack of specification of the top planning; Second, vocational colleges exam alone is not enough scientific content settings; three separate vocational colleges admissions promotional content and social needs of the public examination of disjointed; Fourth, a considerable part of the construction of vocational colleges themselves are not strong enough, attractive enough for students.
