Social work as a solution to social problems, easing social conflicts, innovating social governance has been widely accepted by central and local governments. And a series of corresponding policy documents have been introduced to promote the construction of social work talent team. University as a dominant force of cultivating social workers, its education development has entered in a period of great expansion. The amount accumulated of social workers’cultivation appeal to qualitative transformation. The "professional" personnel’s training has been required in the new era. In China, many colleges and universities, particularly, inland areas of social work education system are facing lots of problem, such as the imbalance in theory education and practice education, teaching content not appeal to the local reality, low specialization in practicing education, which result in the a "professional" predicament that the college social work education has to deal with.In order to cultivate more specialized social workers, promoting social work education reforming, and training model innovation is imperative. In recent years, under the government’s strong support, a wave of university teachers setting up social work institutions has been aroused, which not only motivated the integration of social work academics and practitioners from the macro level, enhanced the social influence of professional social work, but also provides a new way to take advantage of the university policy environment and market demand, practical education practice, promoting new training model.This study is based on the observation and analysis on a particular case of run school-run social service organizations’exploring in the students training with college. professional training in social work as a starting point to learn the basic theory and collaborative research perspective, the agency service system Education systems combine to achieve the goal of "collaborative cohabitation", the form of "project & practice" in talent collaborative cultivation model, and analyzes the structure and operation mechanism of the model, with a view to promoting the run Against the backdrop of the development of social institutions, providing a reference of the case to promote common development agencies and university education in the social work profession.To further validate the feasibility and reference value of "collaborative cultivation" model, the development of social studies students from running, agency social workers, university teachers of the three dimensions of the model have been tested. From the results, the students collaborative cultivation model of adaptation in good condition, identity, participation, satisfaction is at a high level, and the teacher supervising their social interaction, the effect on the practice of satisfaction there is room for improvement; agency social workers and university teachers have the sense mode, the role and future development is expected to give a positive evaluation, but also points out the limitations of the model from the current phase of the existence of institution building, institutional development, and supervision of quality and other aspects. Finally, to further promote the development of the model, this research support from the school, institution-building, teacher participation, students practice the suggestions put forward four levels.
