| After entering the 21st century, with the information technology tools have been widely used, many areas of society experienced dramatic changes, so did the education industry. Education informatization advanced lots of essential changes,such as school’s teaching environment, students’ learning style and teachers’ teaching patterns. At the beginning of this century, China began to focus on education informatization to develop our national comprehensive strength, Hubei province also seize this opportunity. In recent years, it’s widely acknowledged that Hubei province has received the remarkable achievements in basic education informatization; In spite of this, there is a large number of problems existed in the development process of elementary education. We need to analyze the investment efficiency of basic education of Hubei province and obtain the optimal investment scheme.This paper utilized lots of methods which included integrated application of questionnaire investigation, interview, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to research the education efficiency of basic education. First of all, we analyzed the theoretical connotation of basic education; Secondly, we have investigated the current situation of basic education informatization; Thirdly, we have designed the evaluation model of investment benefit based on the basic education informatization index system. Finally, we complete the evaluation of basic education informatization of Hubei by using the method of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive.This article analysis the problems existed in the elementary education by carrying out investment, by using the primary and secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the basis of Hubei education informatization investment benefit. Based on the investment benefit evaluation, we put forward some countermeasures of Hubei education informatization investment problem and we provide a new vision contribute to the education informatization investment business. |
