Induction is the key stage which determines teachers’ professional development. At this stage, the training and guidance of teachers directly affected by the personal and professional development throughout their careers.Japan is one of the countries which implemented the beginning teacher induction program in the earliest time in the world. Since the 1970 s, After 30 years of improvement and development, it has been formed by a system of training newly appointed institutional system. The beginning teacher induction is characterized with a clear purpose and conducted in accordance with the implementation, rich training content and diverse training methods, a sound security system, clear responsibilities and close cooperation of all parties involved. It’s very important for teachers’ professional development.This paper analyses the Japan beginning teacher induction to understand the situation and status of implementation of the development’s beginning teacher training system. And it will provide reference for China’s beginning teacher training system. The paper is divided into four parts:Section one is the introduction which includes the background and significance of the study, definition, literature review at home and abroad, research methods.Section two introduces the history of beginning teacher induction in Japan.Section three analyses the specific structure, clear responsibilities parties to understand the beginning teacher training system, focusing on the implementation of the training content and methods to understand the situation and status of implementation of the development of Japan’s beginning teacher training system.Section four summarizes the success or failure of Japan’s beginning teacher training system, combined with the actual situation of China’s contemporary, to provide reference for China’s beginning teacher training system.
