Teacher education is an important part of education reform. With the development of integration of teacher education,the original teachers in pre-training and in-service training expand to pre-service training, induction, in-service training. The successful implementation of induction promote the beginning teachers to solute a variety of difficult and realize smoothly the transformation of the role and perform the responsibilities.what is more.it can impact career identity and career persistent of beginning teachers and professional development and to the improvement of the quality of the national teachers’ as well as the acquisition of academic performance of the student’s academic performance. And now, in the case of there being many problems to beginning teachers in our country, how is development of the induction development? How to establish suitable mode for China’s induction? These are the questions I want to solve in my paper.This study focuses on the research of basic theory, using the methods of comparison, literature, case study and so on, in accordance with the research ideas " introduction--case analysis-proposals of implementation", I sorted to the history United States beginning teachers induction mode and its situation and analyse the reference analysis, and strive to provide the mode reference suggestions for our country, finally embodies the theory meaning and value of research.The paper is divided into six parts:The introduction part mainly explains the origins of the problem, the definition of related concepts, and summarizes around the core concepts and keywords and based on the target country and the case, in addition, this study also introduced the study design, including the research objectives, ideas, methods and other issues.The first part introduces the history of the development of beginning teachers induction in the USA. Conant "normal education" report in early nineteen sixties signs the beginning of Germination period.The try of university and school district from1960s to the late1970s signs produce period. The period from1980s to present is development period,in the period beginning teachers induction in the USA continuously developed and more perfect.The second part, introduced three main induction mode the United States:taking Kentucky as the representative of the cooperation style beginning teachers induction mode, taking Connecticut as the representative of the evaluation style beginning teachers induction mode, taking Georgia as the representative of subjectivity mentor teacher mode.The third part, take the subjectivity mentor teacher mode in Georgia for example, details the implementation of the beginning teachers induction mode, and analyses its effects and the existing problems.The fourth part, analyse the reference of the beginning teachers induction mode in the USA. Firstly, the universal theoretical basis of beginning teachers induction mode, and the United States and China for beginning teachers induction has goals in common, but also has some security conditions in the United States beginning teachers induction mode and so on our country.The fifth part, according to the relevant introduction of the United States and the analysis of the reality in China, put forward the opinions and suggestions of beginning teachers induction in our country, mainly related to the external legal system, support system, evaluation system and the training and development of key figures.
