| The red tourism, springing up upon the patriotism education, has become a new and fast-developing type of tourism, while the knowledge on project planning in the tourist attraction construction is being widely applied. Kunlun Pass is the site of well-known Second Sino-Japanese War and it’s well preserved till now. Tourism exploitation on Kunlun Pass war site benefits to preserve its intrinsic value, propagate patriotism and revolution education, enhance exchanges and cooperation between both sides, enhance visibility of Nanning, and promote the development of tourism business of Nanning.The research is based on the successful experience and development tendency of home and abroad scenic area’s planning and construction management, which contains the investigation of planning and construction management’s general rules and management style. It points at the current situation, problems and difficulties, and tries to analyze through learning from advanced experience, according to the actual situation of Nanning and relevant knowledge. Prospective concept should be introduced, and thoughts of opening, developing and ensuring the scenic spot should be clear. Forward-looking and pertinent measures and practicable advice should be put forward according to local conditions. Besides, the layout of scenic area functions should be plan reasonably, striving to a comprehensive scenic area with regional characteristics, cultural historical characteristics as well as recreational and educational functions. These would all help lay the foundations to strive for National 4A Level Scenic Spots, and to accelerate the construction of patriotism education base. |
