Nowadays, Chinese international education system towards getting more scientific direction. Chinese lessons offered more refined type. Voice,speaking, listening teaching have achieved good results, but due to the factors that characters own characteristics and the difficulty of teaching the Chinese characters etc., resulting Chinese characters teaching has been in a lag phase.Learners especially the students who have no background of Chinese characers agreed that the Chinese characters "hard to read", "hard to understanding", "hard to remember", "hard to write" If you want to Chinese international education achieves rapid development, Chinese splendid culture well spread, Foreign learners get steady progress, chinese characters teaching is essential. So I want to make use of the interesting teaching method to let the learners exposure to a relaxed atmosphere.The chinese characters bacome "good read", "well recognized", "easy to remember", "good writing".I had worked as a Chinese teacher in Thailand for a period of four months and I brought the interesting teaching method to Thai secondary school and did a detailed investigation, through questionnaires to get truly reliable data, through interviews to obtain reliable information.I combine the theory with practice in order to explain that it is feasible and effetive to teache the chinese characters with the interesting teaching method.This article includes 5 parts:The first chapter is an introduction. It’s a description about the origin, purpose and significance of this research. I describe the current research about this topic to find a point in order to form a unique perspective.Finally I illustrate the means of research.The second chapter is the summarization about the teaching the chinese characters with the interesting teaching method. First,the theory of teaching the chinese characters,which include the psychology, education, linguistics lays a theoretical foundation. Secondly I explain some principles of teaching Chinese characters, and finally demonstrate the teaching effect in the second language teaching.The third chapter is illustrating the Constraints that affect the efficiency of Thai high school students learning Chinese characters from five factors:the characters themselves, students, teachers, schools, textbooks.The fourth chapter is the teaching practice in Thai secondary school students.I design some interesting teaching chinese characters activities based on the characteristics of Chinese characters and the Students’personality.and record a true process of teaching Chinese characters.The fifth chapter is on the basis of the questionnaire and interviews to illustrate some difficulties for Thai high school students in learning the chinese characters. and also through real and reliable information and data demonstrate the feasibility that the interesting teaching method applying to the chinese characters courses in Thai secondary school.Finally is the conclusion, summarizing the achievements of this research. Teaching the chinese characters with the interesting teaching method is in keeping with the students’personality and improve the efficiency of learning chinese characters.The chinese characters teaching should combine the interest,knowledge with the culture.It is a good way to cultivate the interest and spread the chinese splendid culture.
