At present, the key senior high school mainly select students accdrding to the students’marks, students’mark is the most important for evaluating then-education.,ignore the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality, students’learning problems are obvious, these problems are not solved, it will influnence the sustainable development of students. The focus of high school students like immersed in their own world, pay very little attention to the outside world, only make improve learning marks as the main learning objectives of its own, they have the traditional learning mode, and they accustomed to accept the knowledge from teachers passively, they dare not to make innovation,they think innovation is a waste of time, for cooperative learning they don’t know how to discuss and exchange with others, they think that their opinions are right, they don’t want to listen to the different opinions.The researcher as a key high school teacher, combined with the actual teaching work, and the practical teaching in the past decade and understanding of the students, try to conclude high school students’obvious learning problems as follow:the main exam-riented learning,the main rote learning, the theory divorced from practice, lack of cooperative learning, transfer of learning ability is poor. All these problems make the comprehensive quality of the students be difficult to raise, make the high school can not convey the full development of talent students to a key university,This situation can’t adapt to the social development. The matching education strategy should address these school students’ learning problems of key senior high, using the unique teaching methods, using diversified evaluation mechanism,to stimulate the initiative of student learning, to enable students explore the independent ability in learning.Today, with the development of the society, the national construction needs the outstanding talent, the students in the key high school is the main force of talent; so the comprehensive quality of the students in key high school must be improved,and develop their all aspects. It is the only way for them to make the contribution for constructing the country. The researchers is proposed to solve the key high school students learning problems in education strategy on the basis of in-depth investigation and study:pay attention to students’ all-round growth, regression of meaningful learning, lead students into life, the establishment of cooperative learning mechanism, perfect focus on migration to encourage exploration question etc..I hope that to promote the development of key high school students through this study.
