We opened the English courses from primary school, its purpose is to lay a good foundation for the better use of English in the future. However, since there is no language learning environment, Elementary school students in the process of English learning will always encounter difficulties.Primary school students is shouldering the task of the construction of the motherland in the future, therefore, cultivating qualified builders is the duty of teachers. This requires teachers in the education teaching process should not only teach students scientific and cultural knowledge, should also pay attention to their all-round development and healthy growth. And confidence is a healthy psychological quality, it has to do with man’s achievement.Cultivate the students’ learning self-confidence is a very meaningful work and more profound meaning, primary school students in the new period there is a lack of confidence in the process of learning English, new curriculum reform and puts forward new requirements for English teaching, this means that our English teaching faces new change.
