| U-G-S( " trinity ") is an effective practice pattern formed in the long-term explore and reform of the education practice. In order to ensure the quality of practice, promote the construction of rural basic education and the ultimate goal of balanced development of education it emphasizes the combining of the reality of local area and the status quo of the school to build the teacher education practice network in the education administrative departments, colleges and universities and the schools of practice teaching. It also attaches the great importance of the various three-dimensional interactive practice in them to establish a relatively perfect management mode and evaluation mechanism.The paper bases on the education innovation of the teachers in Minnan Normal University. It uses the literature material law, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics to investigate the sports education professional practice teaching present situation in the U- G- S mechanism. Compared to other majors, physical education practice requires particularity in the teachers, space, equipment, funds and the internship teaching environment and conditions, and it has the double features of PE and normal. Therefore, with the focus of Physical Education Majors in Normal practice can highlight the successful experience of teaching practice with UGS mechanism and also reveal the problems in it. To improve the effect of PE teachers’ professional practice teaching and support the basic education in rural schools. And accumulate practical experience gradually at the same time, so that it will expand research and marketing practice in the national colleges and universities related to physical education major.The research suggests that the cooperation of the sports institute of Minnan Normal University, the administrative department of education, and practice teaching in the schools establishes a "trinity" teacher education innovation experimental area. In nearly five years’ practice, it achieves fruitful experience and scientific research, and almost achieves the dual goal to ease the lack of rural school physical education teachers and the practice of teachers’ education integration. However, the U- G- S mechanism in operation of tripartite cooperation still has some problems need to improve, and the problems are: job position is not clear, and lack of effective communication; current practice plan and actual demand are inconsistent, need to deepen the reform; guidance system has not been formed, which is unfavorable for the ascent of the students’ teaching ability; intercollegiate exchange lack of vitality, cooperation mode needs to improve; evaluation standards are inconsistent, and lack of necessary inspection and supervision. Therefore, this article provides the practice guidance for practice teaching under the U- G- S mechanism from coordination principle and development countermeasures. The tripartite body which is under the U- G- S mechanism are in the strict management and practice bravely, uniform procedure combined with independent, balanced configuration combined with the stress of the principle, intensify the policy support and guarantee funds investment; Improve reform program of U- G- S teaching practice; Construct the physical education practice teaching in the three sides guidance system; Strengthen cooperation modes of the professional sports practice teaching; Set up joint sports education practice teaching supervision system.
