| As high school recruitment of students scale expands gradually, the new threshold entrance requirements also gradually reduced. In the same class, differences between individual students increased, like other disciplines, most of them still adopts the traditional one-size-fits-all mode of biological teaching. Under this "march" model of education, the student’s ability to accept and the average basic level of learning were set as a teaching reference。All students are required to be implement consistent requirements, the same content and uniform schedule. However, such teaching may be suitable for some students, but not suitable for the underachiever and the outstanding student. Eventually lead to the excellent students are not satisfied and not so impressive, but the underachiever are unable to stand and can’t keep up with others. This teaching mold seriously hindered the development of this part of the students should have.In the classroom, in order to make sure teaching to the needs of all students and to enhance students’ learning ability of biological, the primary problem is to solve contradiction between the jagged students’ possibility of learning and the unified teaching purpose. However, if you want to solve this contradiction, it is necessary to establish two basis points: First, the students’ "learning" and the teachers’ "teaching". Students are objective difference, teachers’ teaching should also be differences. Second, all the students, including poor student has had good development potential, so in teaching, the mechanism of students can get good development based on the development in their original should be developed. Teaching strategies based on this form is stratified teaching. The teaching activities in this research, in accordance with the students’ academic performance, ability to learn, biological knowledge foundation, the level of students’ learning may reach, the psychological and physical characteristics and traits of character of high school students, students in the class can be divided into upper, middle and lower three levels. The three levels named capability level, skill level, the basic level. This article use the literature method, questionnaire method, practice method and so on and refer to the requirements of high school biology curriculum standard, considering the actual situation of high school biology learning to guide students to improve their study ability. Biological experiment teaching in this study includes five links: main goal orientation, level studies, guide to raising, refining expansion, feedback. All these links were used to researchon the important role of hierarchical teaching in improvement of students’ learning ability of biological. Finally formed the following conclusions:First, the stratified teaching in high school biology effectively inspire the students’ interest in biology, improves the students ability to learn.Second, stratified teaching in the high school biology helps students to avoid simple repetitive operation which equivalent to reduce the burden of students.Third, stratification teaching in high school biology helps to promote the cooperation and competition between the students, greatly improving the students’ learning enthusiasm and initiative.Fourth, the stratification teaching in high school biology helps to promote the communication between teachers and students, so the relationship between teachers and students have become more harmonious, a good learning environment is built.Fifth, carrying out stratification teaching in high school biology can optimize the whole process of teaching, arouse the students’ interest in biology and transpose passive learning into active learning. The teaching mold like this can effectively improve the underachiever’s learning efficiency, improve the teaching quality.Sixth, carrying out stratification teaching in high school biology greatly exercise the teacher’s organization regulation and random strain capacity. Questions about Level teaching it selves and the challenges put forward by students are beneficial to improve teachers’ ability. |
