In the current context of international teacher education reform, the professional developing needs is teachers’ internal momentum, which can improve teachers’ enthusiasm and initiative, and then achieve the high quality and professionalism of teachers. In recent years, the research for teachers ’professional developing needs attracted researchers’ attention, and made certain findings. However, there are also many deficiencies, especially the lack of deep researches on the current situations and characteristics of preschool novice teachers’ professional developing needs. Under the circumstance, comprehensive study on the current situation of preschool novice teachers’ professional developing needs, further generalization and analysis of the characteristics not only helps to enrich and improve the teacher education and other related theories, but also has significant practical meaning for the training and development of preschool novice teachers.Based on the complete analysis of previous studies, this dissertation adopts literature, questionnaire and interview to comprehensively investigate the status and characteristics of preschool novice teachers’ professional developing needs, in-deeply analysis the main influencing factors, and further reflect how to promote the professional development of preschool novice teachers.The study is divided into the following five sections:Part one: raising the problems. Based on the complete analysis of previous studies, this study establishes the research content, combines with the qualitative methods and the quantitative methods, and then designs the research framework.Part two: the current situation of preschool novice teachers’ professional developing needs. By using questionnaire, interview and so on, this study inspects the current situation of preschool novice teachers’ professional developing needs from professional developing literacy, professional developing approach, professional developing conditions in three dimensions.Part three: the characteristics of preschool novice teachers’ professional developing needs. To investigate the characteristics on the in-depth analysis of the status quo: driven by the common internal development and external environment; designed to promote self-survival reality orientation teacher; to improve teaching practice education as the core content; highlights the differences between the common needs and individual needs.Part four: the influencing factors of preschool novice teachers’ professional developing needs. By using questionnaire, interview and so on, this study analyzes the main factors influencing preschool novice teachers’ professional developing needs from four aspects of social, kindergarten teachers and child, and then explores the specific role of the major influencing factors.Part five: the reflecting on promoting the development of preschool novice teachers. Based on the theoretical investigation and empirical research before, this paper raises the following thoughts: establish novice teachers’ right career outlook, stimulate the development of self-awareness; improve novice teachers’ professional knowledge and ability; explore the development of a variety of ways, strengthen the novice teachers’ training; provide the environment and institutional support, and promote the sustainable development of novice teachers.
