Under The Same Historical Origin-Cross Cultural Adaption Research Of Chinese Exchange Students In Taiwan

The special relationship between China and Taiwan is not only intimate, but it is also unfamiliar. On the historical side, China and Taiwan have the same origin. However, after the different developments of China and Taiwan,the cultures now seem somewhat different. China and Taiwan still share the same language, and even the same cultural values. But when Chinese people have the chance to visit Taiwan, it have many misunderstanding problems appeared and need to be solve of.In order to solve these problems, this research is going to interview 8 Chinese students who have been to Taiwan for an exchange program. This research will try to understand the cross-cultural adaption process between China and Taiwan. After the interview, this research will analyze the students’ life experience and find out some new viewpoints which are relevant to this case. Most of all, the research will also record 8 Chinese students’ cultural adaption problems and provide solutions to Chinese students who are going to visit Taiwan.
