China is a multi-ethnic country, which has plenty of rich traditional culture. Yet in recent years, a large number of outstanding national culture of our country has on the verge of extinction by various reasons. Fortunately, the multicultural education originated from the west to provide reference and ideas for the inher- itance and development of national regional culture. At the same time, the new curriculum reform in our country has also established three level curriculum management system, school has the rights to develop the suitable resources, according to their own actual situation and combine with the characteristics and advantages.Nvshu is one of important regional culture in our country, which has tremendous value because of its unique character. In the new situation, Nvshu is going to extinct because of its unique and single inheritance and propagation. In order to protect and develop excellent Nvshu culture, this paper takes it as the curr- iculum resources into Nvshu school-based curriculum, and then to explore a new path for the inheritance and development of Nvshu, broaden the channels of Nushu inheritance and innovation.In order to explore the research practice, this paper is using the method of action research, related to the course of multicultural education, humanism, Postmodernism Curriculum Theory and the theoretical basis for the study. To explore the school-based curriculum development of the internal and external environment in this paper, using the method of questionnaire, interviews and other methods of investigation and analysis of the situation, including its social needs, students meets, school leaders and so on, then make a conclusion that it is feasible to develop Nvshu school-based curriculum. Under the direction of the multicultural education and the new curriculum idea, it has established the main target of identity, respect, inheritance, development and innovation on Nvshu. What’s more, this paper is divided into four parts, including Nvshu mystery of the origin, customs, script calligraphy and artwork, according to the related reference. Meanwhile, the adoption of teaching method is three language teaching, observing, and practice, and let students display their performance. Further more, the staged performance on Nvshu school-based curriculum is reflected and evaluated, the effectiveness and the problems are also analyzed, which are good to point the right way in the further practice. Finally, this paper make a conclusion on the dynamic process of Nvshu school-based curriculum. In this part, a result is made that it has effect on students, teachers, schools, local culture etc. And put forward some suggestions on improving the quality of Nvshu school-based curriculum, expecting to provide reference and experience for later researchers.
